Bekasi, 08 Maret 2025 – Musyawarah Besar Ke II dan Pelantikan Pengurus Himpunan Mahasiswa Manajemen (HIMAMEN) Universitas Panca Sakti Bekasi periode 2024/2025 telah sukses digelar di Aula Lt 3 Gedung Pascasarjana Universitas Panca Sakti Bekasi. Acara yang berlangsung mulai pukul 10.00 WIB hingga selesai ini dihadiri oleh Dekan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis,Ibu Dr. Adelina Suryati, S.E.,M.Ak.,CMA.,CBV., Dihadiri juga oleh kaprodi manajemen Bapak Darmeinis, S.E.,M.M, dihadiri juga oleh kaprodi akuntansi Ibu Desy Arigawati, S.E., Ak., M.SI., serta Bagian Kemahasiswaan, Bapak Eriyandi, M.Pd.
Selain itu, acara ini juga dihadiri oleh Demisioner HIMAMEN angkatan 21, dan dihadiri juga oleh Demisioner HIMAMEN Angkatan 22. Kehadiran mereka menjadi simbol dukungan dan kesinambungan antara kepengurusan terdahulu dengan pengurus baru, sekaligus berbagi pengalaman dan motivasi kepada para anggota yang baru dilantik.
Prosesi Musyawarah Besar Ke II dan pelantikan berjalan dengan khidmat dan lancar, menandai estafet kepemimpinan dari pengurus sebelumnya, Saudara Fenny Ariyani (Ketua HIMAMEN 2023/2024), kepada Saudara Aditia Rahmadani (Ketua HIMAMEN 2024/2025). Sebanyak 26 anggota kepengurusan baru secara resmi dilantik untuk menjalankan amanah dalam memajukan organisasi dan meningkatkan kontribusi bagi mahasiswa.
Dalam sambutannya, Ibu Dr. Adelina Suryati, S.E.,M.Ak.,CMA.,CBV., menyampaikan harapan agar kepengurusan baru dapat membawa inovasi dan prestasi yang lebih baik dalam satu periode kedepan, Ibu Adelina juga menegaskan bahwa kerjasama setiap anggota sangat penting demi memajukan himpunan. Sementara itu, Bapak Darmeinis, S.E.,M.M, menegaskan bahwa program program kerja yang sudah pernah berjalan harus bisa di tingkatkan dan dibuatkan suatu inovasi baru didalamnya. Kegiatan Management Culture Day harus terus berjalan karena HIMAMEN harus mempunyai ciri khas yang berbeda dengan himpunan lainnya. Bapak Eriyandi, M.Pd. Turut menegaskan bahwa menjadi pengurus organisasi harus bisa mengatur waktu dan harus totalitas dalam menjalankannya, Jangan karena organisasi waktu pembelajaran terganggu.
Ketua HIMAMEN yang baru, Saudara Aditia Rahmadani, dalam pidatonya menyatakan komitmennya untuk meneruskan program-program yang telah berjalan dengan baik serta menciptakan terobosan baru guna meningkatkan kualitas organisasi. Ia juga mengajak seluruh anggota HIMAMEN untuk bekerja sama dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang telah dipercayakan, Saudara Aditia Rahmadani turut menegaskan, “bahwa Kapal memang terlihat indah jika ia disandarkan di dermaga, akan tetapi Kapal tidak diciptakan hanya untuk disandarkan, kapal di ciptakan untuk menerjang derasnya ombak laut. Kita disini diibaratkan sebuah kapal, kapal yang hebat adalah kapal yang bisa menyelesaikan sebuah hambatan walau hambatannya itu berat”.
Dengan semangat kebersamaan dan dedikasi yang tinggi, diharapkan kepengurusan HIMAMEN periode 2024/2025 dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pengembangan organisasi serta menjadi wadah bagi mahasiswa untuk berkembang dan berprestasi. Kehadiran para demisioner juga menjadi dorongan bagi pengurus baru agar tetap menjaga nilai-nilai organisasi dan terus melanjutkan perjuangan dalam membangun HIMAMEN yang lebih baik.
Musyawarah Besar ke II dan Pelantikan ini menjadi momentum penting dalam perjalanan HIMAMEN Universitas Panca Sakti Bekasi, menandai awal dari kepemimpinan baru yang siap mengemban amanah demi kemajuan mahasiswa dan kampus tercinta.
